48B cavitation machine probe not work, how to open it and check the cavitation system in handpiece?

For AU-48B, one of the customers found the Cavitation probe not work when he received the machine. He open the probe and found one wire loose. If we had such problem, how to open the probe to check it? Let us view the following video first:

From the video, we can see that there are two wires connect on the cavitatioin system generator. The two wires are entangling together, if we screw the probe, the connection may be loose again. So we need to loose the black plastic screw first, and then the two wires will not entangle so tight.
