the monopolar RF beauty machine without heating Radio frequency issue

The Monopolar RF beauty machine operated in porper steps, however, it was without heating when the tips making treatment on the skin. The touch screen showing working normal. We had no idea to find out the problem from this phenomenon. Finally the salon called the local engineer to check the circuit board.
