For the AU-61 ultrasonic cavitation suddenly shock on the Radio frequency probes

One custom complained that, they received the AU-61 ultrasonic cavitation machine, and tested it by himself. But he felt shock on all the three Radio Frequency probes and the vacuum RF handpiece. he double that some electricity coming out from the probe.

After try the sample in our office, we found out the issue. We called he and ask whether he try it without gel, and touch the RF probe’s few surface. He said yes, as the photo below:

As the finger touch only few part surface of the radio frequency. and all the engergy focus on the small surface touch with the finger, and then, the finger will feel the strong power into the skin, that is why  we feels shock by electricity.

The correct operation as the below photo,

we need to press all the radio frequency top surface, the touch surface will much bigger. the same engergy will go to the screen in big surface, then we can feel warm on the probe, not shock by it.
