IPL hair removal machine and OPT hair removal machine stop working, how to solve it?

Our machine AU-S200 is the IPL hair removal machine, and AU-S200B is the OPT hair removal machine. OPT machine is much better than IPL. The OPT machine incuding the IPL functions. Most of our customer very satisfy on its performance.

One customer encounter a problem on this machine durning use it. as the photo and video below:

From the video, the red switch without light when she turn on the machine. so the touch screen will be no power throught it. Our suggestion is change the ” Fuse” below the power connection. The Fuse damage durning use, it suffer suddenly strong power, and it sacrifice itself to protect the machine.

After changing a new fuse, the IPL hair removal machine working again. In fact the OPT hair removal machine can removal hair in only one treatment. Our advise, the our customer can update the IPL hair removal machine, we believe that salon shop will win more customers trust.
