If the microdermabrasion hydrafacial machine no water out on the handpiece, how to adjust it?

Our machine AU-S515 6 in 1 microdermabrasion hydrafacial machine, the hydrafacial function both with vacuum and water circulation. But some customers said the only feel vacuum, no water out from the handpieces. what is the problem?

First, from our design, the microdermabrasion and hydrafacial function work by one pump, that means the machines is good. Then we let the custom check whether the water pipe damage, some air inside the pump from the pipe crevice? After several checking, the pipes are good as well.

At last, we found one problem, the adjustment knob is not in the left position. We took a video as following:
